Volunteers Needed for First-Time Attendee Orientation
If you are an experienced Annual Conference attendee, attending the AORN Surgical Conference & Expo 2014, and are willing to share your experiences with first-time attendees, I need your help! Please consider volunteering to help facilitate table discussions at the First-Time Attendee Orientation. The Orientation session will be Sunday, March 30, 7-8:30am, in room W375e. Coffee, tea, and pastries will be provided, along with several special surprises. If interested, contact AORN Chapter Relations Coordinator Deb Warren at (800) 755-2676 Ext. 222.
Calling All Want-To-Be State Reporters
AORN is recruiting State Reporters (the person who comes to a microphone and responds to the National Secretary’s roll call during the First House of Delegates) for the 2014 AORN Congress. If your Chapter or State Council members are attending Congress and are interested in being your State’s Reporter this year, please contact AORN Chapter Relations Coordinator and AORN Registrar Deb Warren. Role responsibilities will be sent to all State Reports at a later date. Remember…you must be a Chapter Delegate within your state in order to be the State Reporter.
